About Our Client
Our client is a famous retail brand in Hong Kong. They are one of the leading companies in the industry and their business is now rapidly expanding around the world They are currently hiring a HR calibre to support their business.
The role will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide employee services to a designed business unit, including staff relations, new hires, and on-boarding.
- Facilitate business operations and future business growth.
- Maintain employees' profiles and update system records.
- Review system efficiency and maintain employees' profiles.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal staff and external parties.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be expected to fit the following requirements:
- Degree holder of HRM/marketing/business or any related discipline is preferred
- At least 1 year of HR/customer service experience
- Fluency Thai and English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
- Knowledge in Excel
- Proactive, fast-paced and good at communication
- Detail-minded person and can work under pressure
